The blood clinics at Gracefield Gardens and Guy's and St Thomas's no longer run on a walk-in basis

1. Patients will need to first collect the Blood Test Form from the practice.
2. Once you have the form, you can book an appointment online by following the link provided on the bottom left hand side of your form.
3. You may be contacted as confirmation that your Blood Test Appointment has been booked
