Collective Action by GP Contractors and Partners

BACK TO MAIN INDEX

You may have read in the news recently that the British Medical Association (BMA) recently balloted their members who are GP contractors and partners, to ask if they were in favour of taking collective action.

The ballot was called in response to funding cuts for General Practice, which has forced many practices to close their doors over recent years.

We support GP practices right to take collective action. You can read more about it on the BMA website here

However, at Clapham Park Group Practice we are not currently taking part in any collective action. Our services remain unchanged, and you should continue to contact us as usual.

We will keep this decision under review, but our main priority will always be to offer the best possible GP service to our patients.
