Dr Helena Sandford studied at the University of Nottingham before completing her GP training in South London, qualifying as a GP in 2021. She works at CPGP on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

She enjoys the wide range of patients she sees in GP and loves the fact that every day is different! She has a particular interest in sexual & reproductive health and fits contraceptive coils and implants.

In her spare time, she enjoys baking, cooking and exploring new National Trust properties and gardens.
